Warehouse Worker (Clean Criminal Record)

About The Role

We're looking for motivated and reliable Warehouse Workers to join Dynalogic, a leading logistics company operating two active centers in Woerden and Bleiswijk. You'll handle a wide variety of electronics and home appliances, ensuring fast, accurate, and safe processing of all goods.

Main Responsibilities

• Packing and labeling various goods
• Loading and unloading trucks and containers
• Sorting electronics and household equipment
• Order picking and quality checks
• Operating carts and lifting aids for larger appliances
  
  

Requirements

• Basic level of English
• Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks
• Willingness to work long-term
• Previous warehouse experience is an advantage
• Valid driver's license required
• Clean criminal record (certificate of good conduct processed in NL)
• Own work clothes (safety shoes provided)
• EU passport
  
  

Salary & Benefits

• Base salary: €14.44 gross/hour
• With allowances and bonuses: up to €20.21 gross/hour
• +20% shift allowance
• +8.33% holiday allowance
• +10.92% holiday reserve
• +€0.11/hour ADV compensation
• Overtime: +50% (above 40h/week)
• Holiday pay can be received weekly or annually (end of May)
• First payment after two weeks of work
  

Work Schedule

• Main shift: 00:30–08:30 (Monday–Friday, starting Sunday night)
• Possible additional shifts: afternoon or evening (after training period)
• Occasional Saturday night shifts
• 30-minute unpaid break per shift
  
  

Accommodation & Transport

• Accommodation provided, mainly in Rotterdam
• Housing type: shared houses or Flex Hotels
• Rent: €138.60 per week
• Health insurance: €37.97 per week
• Transport to work included
• Drivers of company cars receive €2.50/day (up to €12.50/week)
• Bicycle rental: €5/week (for distances up to 10 km)
